Mode Îles Ltd. is a company incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, and it is an affiliate of The Montaque Group. The mandate of the company includes the production and organization of Islands of the World Fashion Week and Islands of the World Fashion Tour and matters ancillary thereto.

The company provides services as intermediary or agent for those designers selected to market their individual labels or lines of clothing to interested buyers and/or assist in the financing of the manufacturing of those lines. In 2011 the company will launch its label under which designers may collectively produce garments for the international market.
